Gift Card Guidelines

Handling and Security: These cards are non-refundable and cannot be reinstated if lost, stolen, or damaged. They are also non-replaceable for a change of mind.

Usage Restrictions: These cards cannot be exchanged for cash additionally, Naked Sole Gift Cards are designed for personal or business gifting and are not suitable for marketing, advertising, or other promotional purposes.

Checking Your Balance: You can verify the balance of your Naked Sole Gift Card at any time by contacting hello@nakedsole.com.au or instantly via your apple wallet pass. The remaining balance can be applied to future purchases, with no change returned.

Payment and Excess Amounts: If your purchase total exceeds the amount on your gift card, you will need to pay the difference using an alternative payment method. Naked Sole Gift Cards do not allow for an overcharge.

Expiration: Gift Cards DO NOT have an expiration date.

Card Values and Activation: Gift Card denominations are available between $50 and $500. Once a card’s balance reaches zero, it cannot be reloaded or reactivated.

Exclusions: Promotional discounts and vouchers cannot be applied towards the purchase of gift cards.
