RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for Australian customers, provided the shoes are unworn and in their original condition.

Full-priced items can be returned for a full refund, excluding shipping or return fees. The return must be made through our Returns Portal within a specified period from the purchase date, and items must be in their original, unused condition.

Exchanges:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs when exchanging items. Once we receive your item in its original condition, we will process your exchange promptly.

Refunds:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once your return is received and approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method.

Items on sale during a promotion or with the use of a discount code can be returned for an exchange, gift card or refund. However, items marked as 'final sale' are non-returnable unless they are faulty.

Returns are typically processed within 10 business days after they arrive at our warehouse.

If your order arrives defective or damaged, please contact us immediately for a return or exchange.

Orders and Shipping

Estimated Delivery Times

Australia

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after dispatch.
  • Express Shipping: 1–4 business days after dispatch.

New Zealand

  • Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days after dispatch.
