RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for Australian customers and 45 days for international customers, provided the shoes are unworn and in their original condition.

Full-priced items can be returned for a full refund, excluding shipping or return fees. The return must be made through our Returns Portal within a specified period from the purchase date, and items must be in their original, unused condition.

Complimentary Exchanges:
We are pleased to offer complimentary return shipping for all exchanges, ensuring a seamless and cost-free process for our customers.

Refunds:
Please note that all refunds are subject to an $18 handling fee.

International Orders:
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with international orders.

Items on sale during a promotion or with the use of a discount code can be returned for an exchange, gift card or refund. However, items marked as 'final sale' are non-returnable unless they are faulty.

Returns are typically processed within 10 business days after they arrive at our warehouse.

Orders and Shipping

Shipping times vary depending on your location. Typically, it takes 3-5 business days for domestic and 7-14 days for international shipping.
