Refund policy
At Naked Sole, we are committed to customer satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may be eligible for a refund under the conditions outlined below.
Eligibility for a Refund
We offer refunds in accordance with Australian Consumer Law and our store policies. You may request a refund if:
- The item is faulty, defective, or significantly different from the description.
- The item is returned unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
- Proof of purchase is provided.
Change of mind returns are not eligible for a refund but may qualify for an exchange or store credit if they meet our return conditions.
How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund, visit our Returns & Exchanges Portal.
Once your refund request is approved, you will receive:
- Instructions on how and where to send your item.
- Return address details.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Naked Sole is not responsible for lost or undelivered return shipments.
Please note: Items sent back without first requesting a return through our portal will not be accepted.
Refund Processing Time
- Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, except for faulty or incorrect items.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Check your bank account.
- Contact your credit card provider, as processing times may vary.
- If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at hello@nakedsole.com.au.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items cannot be refunded:
- Items that are worn, used, or not in original condition.
- Items marked 'Final Sale' and gift cards.
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
