Return Eligibility
Returns for Australian orders are accepted within 30 days, and international orders within 45 days from the delivery date. Returns outside of these dates will not be accepted.
Full Price Items
Items purchased at full price and included in sales are eligible for a refund, exchange, or gift voucher if returned due to a change of mind. Purchases made with a discount code, yet initially full-priced, also qualify for a refund.
Promotional Items
Items purchased during a promotional period marked on ‘sale’ are eligible for a refund, exchange, or gift voucher if returned due to a change of mind. Purchases made with a discount code, yet initially full-priced, also qualify for a refund.
Final Sale Items
Items labeled as 'final sale' cannot be returned for a change of mind, size swap, style exchange, or for a gift voucher, except in cases of fault.
Returned Item Conditions
All returns must be in an unworn condition and in original packaging. Returned items once received will be inspected by our team and approved at their discretion. If the returned items fail to meet the standards your return will be refused.
Online Return Process
All online returns need to be registered and approved through our Returns Portal. Unregistered returns will be sent back to customer.
Gift Vouchers
We do not accept returns for change of mind on gift vouchers.

Refunds:
Please note that all refunds are subject to an $18 handling fee.
International Orders:
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with international orders.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your order is not up to our high standards due to a fault or incorrect item, please contact hello@nakedsole.com.au. You'll need to specify the fault, provide a photo, and give detailed information about the issue.
Our product experts will assess and accept returns of faulty merchandise within a reasonable timeframe.
